Die Gesamtbaumassnahme umfasst den Ausbau des oberen und unteren Vorhafens auf 225 m Länge. In Stahlspundwandbauweise werden der obere Vorhafen, die Mittelmolen im Ober- und Unterwasser gebaut, sowie verschiedene Temporärbauwerke inklusive eines Anfahrdalbens im Unterwasser, der als Kreiszelle aus AS® 500 Profilen erstellt wird.
