IRO Wildau 2026

At the IRO Wildau Conference, colleagues for ArcelorMittal Sheet Piling will contribute two key presentations highlighting both continuity and innovation in sheet pile technology. 

From 09:15 to 09:45, Oliver Hechler will look back and ahead in “Stahlspundwand – Schreiben wir die Erfolgsgeschichte fort”, giving an outlook on future developments and showcasing what’s new in steel sheet piling. 

Later in the afternoon, from 15:45 to 16:30, Ernst Weber will address “Neue Herausforderungen beim Einbau von Dichtwänden in Deichen und Hochwasserschutzanlagen”, focusing on critical practical aspects such as profile selection, installation methods, equipment technology and its limits, as well as alternative construction solutions in flood protection projects.
