XVIII Danube-European Conference on Geotechnical Engineering 

The event bringing together geotechnical professionals from across Europe and beyond.

Set against the increasing impacts of climate change and environmental pressure, the 2026conference will focus on “Geotechnical Engineering for Resilience and Sustainability.” 

The programme will address both traditional geotechnical topics and emerging challenges, including flood protection, riverbank stability, groundwater management, hydropower development and ecological restoration.
